      | Hello. My name is Michael (Mike) and my focus is my travel and nature photography with a recent focus on birds and marine life, and also I do painting. 
 My equipment was/is:

 - A Sony DSC P5 (... always carry it with me)
 ... has recently been replaced by SONY DSC H55 4.1 MPixel
 - A Motomarine MX5 (for underwater)
 - A Canon PowerShot G5 (compact) (has been stolen in 2007)
 - A graphit pencil, aquarel  and pastel crayons
 - Nikon D70 DSLR with Nikkor 18mm-70mm (since 2007)

 I recently use Gimp and Picasa (both public domain) to postprocess my photos. For processing RAW images I use Nikon Image Project.
